A booking for caravan / vehicle storage in France takes the following steps:
* You send us a request for caravan storage via the contact form on contact page of the website.
* You hereby state the length of your caravan / vehicle (as stated on the registration certificate) , the area where you wish to store your caravan / vehicle and the type of storage you are looking for (outdoor, covered or indoor)
* Fr Assistance will send you a price quote the same day
* If you agree with the quotation price, we would like to receive a copy of the registration certificate of the caravan, your name and address (name, address, city), copy of the insurance policy and the date of storage.
* You will then receive the storage contract with our general terms and conditions.
* Invoicing differs per location. For some storages we invoice the total amount and for some storages you pay us the brokerage fee, after which you receive the 'storage invoice' from the storage facility in France. So in that case, the storage costs are split into two different invoices.
* Before, during and after the storage of your caravan / vehicle, Fr Assistance will be the direct contact person for you and the storage holder in France, so that we can assist you in case of any questions / concerns in your own language.
* A few months prior to expiring of your annual contract, we will make you a new offer for extending the caravan storage with another year. This of course in consultation with the storage holder.
